As the Police Chief of Carlisle, I am honored to serve this community and to lead honorable and hard working men and women who protect this community. It is my goal as the Police Chief to serve the community of Carlisle with respect, integrity and professionalism.

The Carlisle Police Department is dedicated to making Carlisle a safe and desirable place to live and work. While faced with challenges of serving and protecting, I am confident the Department will continually enhance the quality of life for our community. As the Department moves ahead, I look forward to providing the best police services possible and building a strong relationship with the public. My vision is to create an environment where service to the community is paramount and fear of crime is minimal. I am optimistic that this Department will continue a path of excellence as we address the needs our community with professionalism and determination.

I am very proud of our police department staff and their dedication and desire to serve this wonderful City. The employees are eager, passionate, and place a high priority on community trust and professionalism. The dedicated men and women of this department are focused on building partnerships with our community so together we can develop long-term solutions to problems.

The Department recognizes we cannot succeed alone. Our success depends on the partnerships we have developed with our citizens and businesses along with the public’s trust and support. Together we can accomplish one of the most basic duties of the Carlisle Police Department: keeping Carlisle safe.
