Ron Fox is a
20 year veteran of the department. He has a degree
in Criminal Justice and received his certification from the Iowa Law
Enforcement Academy in 1979. In 1985 Chief Fox was
awarded the Law Enforcement Silver Star for Bravery by the
American Federation of Police. Chief Fox is a 3rd
degree Black Belt and is the Self-Defense Instructor for
the department. |

Ryan
Anderson |
Sergeant |

Ryan
Anderson has been a member of the department since 2002. He is a
2002 graduate of the Iowa Law
Enforcement Academy and is a K-9 handler. In 2004 he
was awarded the Law Enforcement Silver Star for bravery by
the American Federation of Police. He is also been
awarded the Law Enforcement Combat Cross and the Law
Enforcement Purple Heart. |

Jackson is a Carlisle native and has been a member of
the department since 2005. He has a Bachelors Degree in
Criminal Justice from Grandview College and is a 2006 graduate of the Iowa Law
Enforcement Academy . |

Koch has been a member of
the department since 2007. He is pursuing
a Bachelors Degree in
Criminal Justice from Simpson College. He is a 2008
graduate of the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. |

Moore has been a member of
the department since 2007. He has an Associates
Degree in Criminal Justice from Des Moines Area Community
College and a Bachelors Degree in Public Health from Iowa State
University. He is a 2008 graduate of the Iowa Law
Enforcement Academy. |

Jennifer has been a member of
the department since 2006 and is the Administrative Assistant to
the Chief of Police and police records clerk. |

Misty |

Misty
joined the department in 2003. She has been trained
and is certified in
drug detection and is convinced that she is the best
looking member of the department. Her handler is
Sergeant Ryan
Anderson. |

Gator |
Police

|
Gator
joined the department in 2007. He is also certified in
drug detection. His handler is Officer Matt Koch. |
