EMAIL The
City of Carlisle is very proud of it's parks and recreational
facilities and programs. We see our parks as one of the
centers of community life, a common space in which people find
each other and build their neighborhood together.
The
Parks & Recreation Department philosophy is to provide
quality recreation and park activities and facilities to
residents of all age levels and interests as
possible.
Members
of the community are encouraged to contact the city with ideas,
suggestions for improvements, new programs, and constructive
critique. The city is receptive to resident communication
and welcomes input. Cooperation between the city and the
people we serve is a priority and your participation is valued and
greatly appreciated.

Remember -
Your Pet Is Your Responsibility
You
are welcome to enjoy the parks with your favorite pet however,
it is important not to let your pet become a problem for other
park users. You are reminded that the City has an
ordinance that outlines the responsibilities of pet owners:
- In
city
parks, all animals shall be restrained at all times on
adequate leashes.
- The
owner is responsible for removing all waste or excreta
deposited by any animal, particularly any dog or cat, from
any public street or right of way, any park or recreation
area or any other property.
Thanks in
advance for being a good neighbor and citizen!
