• Recommendation to approve the use of the Scotch Ridge Center site as the primary location for the May 13, 2006 Central Iowa Celtic Festival and to approve a one-time event-specific permit for the sale of alcohol at the Scotch Ridge Center site. 

• Recommendation to approve the use of North Municipal Park as the alternate location for the May 13, 2006 Central Iowa Celtic Festival and to approve a one-time event-specific permit for the sale of alcohol at North Municipal Park.
