Call Organizational Meeting to Order  

 Council Actions:

  1. Set day and time of regular council meetings (currently the 2nd & 4th Monday at 7:00 P.M.)

  2. Designate place for Official Publications  (currently the Carlisle Citizen)

  3. Designate Official Depositories  (currently Great Western Bank, Peoples Savings Bank, Edward D. Jones, Heartland Coop, Iowa Public Agency Investment Trust [IPAIT], Bankers Trust and Des Moines Credit Union)

  4. Appoint Neil Ruddy as City Clerk (currently Neil Ruddy)  

  5. Appoint Pat Brehse as Deputy Clerk (currently Pat Brehse) 

  6. Appoint Robert Stuyvesant as City Attorney (currently Robert Stuyvesant) 

  7. Re-appoint Chad Ray to the Board of Adjustment (5 year term, expiring 12-31-10)

  8. Re-appoint Lori Curtis and Alan Huisinga to the Cemetery Committee (5 year terms, expiring 12-31-10)

  9. Re-appoint Tim Sones and appoint ______________________ to the Park Board (5 year terms, expiring 12-31-10)

Mayor Actions:

  1. Appoint Ron Fox as Chief of Police (currently Ron Fox)

  2. Appoint Scott Burger as Chief of Fire and Rescue (currently Scott Burger)

  3. Appoint Blair Dewey as Mayor Pro-Tem (currently Allen Wiese)
