was City Administrator Neil Ruddy. Mayor
Randleman called the meeting to order at 6:10 P.M. Motion
by Dewey to approve RESOLUTION
NO. 2006032901 APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT APPOINTING ANDRA KAY BLACK AS
DEPUTY CLERK/TREASURER effective at a date to be determined. Seconded by Shultz.
Roll call vote: Dewey – Aye, Shultz – Aye, Hammerand – Aye, Mahnke
– Aye. Motion carried by
unanimous vote of those present.
